It’s a huge week of CrossFit competition coming up, and with that always comes some confusion around timezones and coverage. So here is a guide that I have made specifically for us Aussie CrossFitters!
Coverage / How to stay up to date!
The www.games.crossfit.com site will be streaming live coverage throughout the week for Free! You can watch every heat of every event with basic commentary. Viewers outside of the U.S. will be able to watch the same coverage on the site as the ESPN3 feed. If you miss an event it will be uploaded in the archives section. New this year, fans can snag a front row seat to every Event Announcement. Each announcement made to the athletes will be streamed live to the Games site. There will also be CrossFit Games Update Shows each night of competition.
ESPN will be showing the Final Event LIVE on Foxtel/Austar at 0830 Monday morning! Get your breakfast get togethers/sleepovers organised!
